Individual Counselling in Vancouver and Online Across BC
One-on-one therapy for adults, in person in Yaletown or by secure video, wherever you are in British Columbia.

Therapy works best when it fits your life. Whether you're facing something specific or simply feel that something needs to change, counselling gives you a dedicated space to slow down, make sense of what's happening, and figure out what you need.
I work with individual adults through anxiety, depression, burnout, grief, perimenopause and menopause, and the many transitions life brings.
In Person in Yaletown
Many counsellors never returned to the office after 2020. I did, because for a lot of people, being in the same room makes a difference. My office is in Yaletown in downtown Vancouver, a calm, private space to step away from the rest of your day.
Online Across BC
If travel, schedules, or comfort make video a better fit, I offer secure online sessions anywhere in British Columbia. You get the same care and attention from the comfort of your own space.

Therapy Is Worth It, and It's Not Magic
Some people expect change to happen on its own once they start therapy. Others worry that talking about their struggles will only make things worse.
The truth sits somewhere in the middle. Therapy is real work, and some sessions will feel lighter than others. We'll move at a pace that feels right for you, and you'll never be pushed further than you're ready to go. Over time, many clients describe feeling calmer, more grounded, more confident, and more like themselves.
Why a Human Therapist Still Matters
Apps and AI tools can offer information, but they can't sit with you, notice what you're not saying, or adapt in the moment to what you need. The relationship between you and your therapist is one of the most important parts of the process. That connection is what I bring to every session.
