Grief and Loss Counselling in Vancouver

A steady, unhurried space to honour what you've lost and find a way forward.

Grief doesn't follow a schedule. It can arrive in waves, catch you off guard months later, or settle in quietly and stay.

Whether you've lost someone you love, a relationship, a pet, your health, a career, or the version of life you expected, the loss is real and it deserves space.

What Grief Can Look Like

Waves of sadness, anger, or guilt
Numbness or feeling disconnected
Trouble sleeping, eating, or concentrating
Replaying conversations or "what ifs"
Feeling like everyone else has moved on
Struggling with anniversaries, holidays, or reminders

How We'll Work Together

There's no right way to grieve, and no deadline to be "over it." My role is to offer a calm, compassionate space where you can talk openly about your loss, make sense of complicated feelings, and remember what it meant to you.

My background includes years of grief support facilitation and critical incident work. Together, we'll find a way to carry your loss forward, so it becomes part of your story rather than the whole of it.

In Person or Online

Sessions are available in person at my Yaletown office in downtown Vancouver, or online anywhere in British Columbia.

You don't have to carry this alone

Book a free consultation, and we'll talk about what support could look like for you.
