Anxiety can be loud or quiet. It can look like racing thoughts at 3 a.m., a tight chest before a meeting, or a constant feeling that something is about to go wrong. Sometimes it looks like being the most organized, high-achieving person in the room, while running on worry underneath.

However it shows up for you, you don't have to keep managing it alone.

What Anxiety Can Look Like

Constant worry or overthinking
Trouble falling or staying asleep
Panic attacks or a racing heart
Avoiding people, places, or tasks
Irritability or feeling on edge
Muscle tension, headaches, or stomach upset
Difficulty concentrating or making decisions
Feeling exhausted from always being "on"

How We'll Work Together

We'll start by getting to know your anxiety: what sets it off, what keeps it going, and what it might be trying to protect you from. From there, we'll build tools that help both your mind and your body settle.

Depending on what fits you, our work may draw on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) to shift anxious thought patterns, mindfulness to bring you back to the present, and somatic approaches to calm the nervous system. You'll leave sessions with practical strategies you can use in daily life.

What Can Change

With support, many people find they worry less, sleep better, and feel more able to handle what comes their way. The goal isn't to never feel anxious again. It's to feel like you're in charge, not your anxiety.

In Person or Online

Sessions are available in person at my Yaletown office in downtown Vancouver, or online anywhere in British Columbia.
