Counselling for Life Transitions

Support for the endings, beginnings, and in-between moments that change everything.

Even the changes we choose can knock us off balance. Every transition asks us to let go of something, even when we're moving toward something good.

When the ground shifts, it's normal to feel unsettled, uncertain, or unsure of who you are in this new chapter.

Transitions I Support

Separation, divorce, or the end of a relationship
Career changes, job loss, or retirement
Moving to a new city or home
Becoming an empty nester
Caring for aging parents
Changes in health or ability
Starting over after a major life event

How We'll Work Together

We'll make room for what you're leaving behind, including the feelings that come with it. Then we'll get clear on what matters to you now, and build the confidence and practical steps to move into what's next.

I know a thing or two about starting over. I changed careers in my 30s and went back to university to become a counsellor. Change can be hard, and it can also open doors you didn't know were there.

In Person or Online

Sessions are available in person at my Yaletown office in downtown Vancouver, or online anywhere in British Columbia.
