Grief Does Not Follow a Schedule

Grief does not follow a schedule. It can arrive in waves, catch you off guard months later, or settle in quietly and stay.

Whether you have lost someone you love, a relationship, a pet, your health, a career, or the version of life you expected, the loss is real and it deserves space.

There is no right way to grieve, and no deadline to be over it. My role is to offer a calm, compassionate space where you can talk openly about your loss, make sense of complicated feelings, and remember what it meant to you.

Together, the goal is not to leave your loss behind. It is to find a way to carry it forward, so it becomes part of your story rather than the whole of it. You do not have to carry this alone.
